When the movie hits different, the campaign hits harder. For the Novocaine home entertainment release, we executed a campaign that hit where it counts and delivered content so good, it hurt (in the best way).
Combining action-packed clips and clever copy, we tapped into meme culture and trends inspired by our main character’s inability to feel pain to create social content that spoke directly to our target audiences and brought new fans into the fold. From reactive social content to an edit that reimagined Novocaine as the ultimate bromance, we found fresh ways to spotlight the film’s humor, action, and friendships.
Through hands-on community management, we tapped the ultimate hype man – Jack Quaid’s fandom – to fuel conversation and keep the energy alive in the comments so that even Nathan himself would feel the impact.
